2. Services Offered
CodeFuez provides:
- Web Development: Custom websites and web applications with modern technologies
- SEO: Search engine optimization to boost visibility and rankings
- Brand Management: Logo design, brand identity, and positioning strategy
- Facebook & Meta Ads: Targeted advertising campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
- Marketing Services: Social media management, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising
All services are delivered according to the agreed project proposal.
3. Project Scope & Changes
The scope of work is defined in your project proposal. Changes to the scope:
- Minor changes: Billed hourly at our standard rate
- Major changes: Require new proposal and updated timeline
- Scope changes may affect project deadlines
4. Payment Terms
- All fees are outlined in your project agreement
- Payment schedules are specified per project
- Late payments may result in project suspension
- Third-party costs (hosting, ads budget, licenses, stock assets) are billed separately
- Deposits are non-refundable once work begins
- Work completed before cancellation is non-refundable
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide timely feedback, content, and materials
- Share necessary access credentials securely
- Ensure your content doesn't violate copyright or trademark rights
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Maintain valid contact information
6. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of all materials you provide
- Our Work: Upon full payment, you own the final deliverables
- Portfolio Rights: We may display completed work in our portfolio
- Third-Party Assets: Fonts, stock images, and plugins are subject to their respective licenses
7. Service Warranties
We perform all services with professional skill and care. However:
- We cannot guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic numbers, or ad campaign results
- Marketing performance depends on many factors beyond our control
- Services are provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages
- We're not responsible for third-party service issues, hosting downtime, or platform changes
- You're responsible for maintaining backups of your data
9. Confidentiality
Both parties keep confidential information private during and after the project.
10. Timeline & Delays
Project timelines are estimates and may change due to:
- Delays in feedback or materials from you
- Scope changes or additional requests
- Third-party dependencies or technical issues
11. Termination
- By You: Terminate with written notice; fees for completed work remain due
- By Us: We may terminate if payment isn't received, terms are breached, or conduct is unprofessional
Upon termination, you receive completed work after settling outstanding fees.
12. Support & Revisions
Post-launch support and revisions are specified in your project proposal. Additional support is billed separately.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new "Last Updated" date.
